Creative Dynamics Ltd is seeking a motivated, creative, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to support the company’s business development, marketing, and customer acquisition activities.

The successful candidate will help identify potential clients, promote CDL’s products and services, generate business leads, manage social media marketing activities, conduct market research, and support the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients, businesses, and partners.
Promote CDL’s services in ICT, digital marketing, media, business support, and related areas.
Support the creation and publication of marketing content for social media and other platforms.
Generate sales leads, follow up on enquiries, and assist in converting prospects into customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitors.
Assist in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative thinking, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented, professional, and eager to gain practical business experience.
